I arrived at this location with concern about a possible piercing infection. Although I did not get my ear pierced here, they were happy to look at my ear completely free of charge. Despite feeling scared, the person who assisted me was incredibly compassionate. They examined my piercing and explained the biological reasons for its appearance, reassuring me that it was not infected. They also cleaned my ear with great care, creating a safe and comfortable environment for me. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
