Studio Artist - Serge

Hello! I’m Serge, a hand-poke and tattoo artist originally from Siberia. My journey
into tattooing began in an unconventional way — back in school, I started
tattooing my classmates. My early work leaned toward a prison-inspired style,
which, as you can imagine, wasn’t exactly appreciated by parents, teachers,
or the school staff. Still, those first experiments planted the seed for what
would become my lifelong passion.

I began working professionally in 2018, building my skills and experience
across Europe and Asia. During my time in Asia, I became drawn to the art of
hand-poke tattooing, which has since become my main focus. I love it
because it allows me to pass a piece of my heart into the tattoo — not only
through the final design, but through the intimate, meditative process of
creating it. I try to make every tattoo with love and professionalism!
My style blends elements of traditional tattooing and micro-realism, with a
focus on clean lines, thoughtful symbolism, and attention to detail. I enjoy
creating work that holds personal meaning for my clients, whether it’s a bold
statement piece or something subtle and intimate.

Tattooing for me is more than just the final image. It’s about creating a safe
and welcoming space where clients can feel truly seen. I believe in self-
expression without judgment and offer an inclusive environment where
individuality, diversity, and LGBTQ2+ identities are respected and celebrated.

I joined the BodyMods team in mid-2025, excited to be part of a community
that values creativity, self-expression, and artistic connection. When you come
to me for a tattoo, you’re not just getting ink — you’re getting a personal
experience, a story, and a connection.
