I want to start by saying that I am beyond impressed by how the piercers have made me feel here. Yesterday, I got two helix piercings by Tristin and since I did not have any other helix piercings, I was obviously nervous and anxious but he walked me through the whole process and helped me feel calm so I could get ready for the needle. It was so much easier and less painful than I had anticipated. Tristin did a fantastic job educating me about my current piercing and took the time to answer all my questions about other piercings and aftercare. He is such a sweet, caring and funny person. His positive and professional attitude definitely helped make my experience so much better. When I got my double nostril piercings in Feb 2021, Nikki explained the whole process to me, got my approval for the exact spot for the piercing and made it as painless as possible. Of course, it hurt and my eyes started watering but she took such good care of me and walked me through the aftercare process. Again, I did not have any other piercings on my nose at that time so obviously, I was scared but her jokes and her jolly attitude helped me feel great. She did a wonderful job with my nostril piercings and it's been two years since and I've had no problems with either of them. Pros: 1. Their flash sale is a great time to get piercings and/or jewelry, which is what my friend and I did yesterday. Cons: 1. They only take the physical cards of your government-issued IDs, so you can't afford to forget your IDs unless you have the time to come back. Pictures of IDs are not accepted.
