Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Personal care items (such as body jewelry, beauty products)

• Custom or personalized items

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
