I went in for a septum piercing, ended up almost 10 minutes late due to traffic, so I called ahead and the studio was extremely accommodating and still let me come in. Chantel was amazing, she did a wonderful job not only on the piercing but also comforting me as I was nervous. I will 100% be back for future piercings!

I saw Riley today for my nostril and vertical labret piercings, and I had such a wonderful experience. She paired my old nostril piercing with the new nostril piercing, and everything looks so pretty and symmetrical. The vertical labret looks so lovely, and I really love how my new facial piercings setup looks. I had some issues with paying (card woes), but the front desk person was so compassionate and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. I was already so stressed by what was happening, but the front desk person (forgot her name) just calmly guided me through the process and made me feel settled and safe. This is my second piercing with Chantal at this location, and she made me so comfortable and calm! I get super nervous around needles 😂 and she was able to keep me calmer than when I came in, and waited until I was ready. She made sure I loved the spot before going through with it as well. Once the piercing process was over, she asked if I was doing ok and how I felt. Then told me how much I suited the Medusa and it’s perfect for my face. When I was checking out, the girl who handled the payment(I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) also told me how much the Medusa suited me, and how cute I looked. Body Mods is easily my go to place for piercings. It’s such a welcoming and kind environment with amazing people working.
