Hiring: Assistant Studio Manager at BodyMods

We are looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who shares our passion, vision, and dedication to join our Crew and support the continued success of our studio. In this role, you'll assist in achieving monthly sales goals, guide your crew, and help maintain our strong company culture. You’ll collaborate with the Studio Manager on hiring and training processes, ensuring new Crew members are equipped to excel, while helping to hold the Crew accountable for performance. Weekly meetings will keep you aligned with leadership, and regular check-ins with the Crew will ensure everyone feels supported and engaged. Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, solving problems effectively, and maintaining a friendly, positive attitude. Ensure that every customer feels valued and respected.

Crew Support - Assist the Studio Manager in guiding the crew to enhance job satisfaction and performance. Support the hiring and training of Crew members, coaching them on customer service and product knowledge.

Performance Goals - Help the studio meet monthly sales targets. Support the crew in achieving their personal goals by providing coaching and feedback to help them reach their objectives.

Communication - Promote effective communication by offering clear directions, outlining expectations, and performing monthly crew check-ins. Relay essential information to the Studio Manager while ensuring confidentiality on sensitive matters.

Scheduling & Shift Coverage - Help develop and maintain the monthly crew schedule. Assist with scheduling changes and ensure adequate shift coverage as required.

Merchandising & Inventory - Help manage the cleanliness and organization of the store while upholding sanitation standards. Ensure the store is restocked, track inventory levels, and assist with weekly orders.

Meetings - Participate in weekly manager meetings and assist in holding crew meetings to maintain open communication and a positive team environment.

Training & Development: Skills in supporting the hiring, training, and mentoring of Crew.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and needs.

Required Experience

One to two years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20-$23/hour, based on experience
