As a Crew member, you’ll play a key role by delivering outstanding customer service, gaining in-depth knowledge of our high-quality products, and supporting our mission to elevate the industry through acceptance, education, and style.

Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills, and maintaining a friendly, positive attitude to ensure every customer feels valued.
Product Knowledge - Stay informed about our products and materials to offer knowledgeable recommendations to customers and ensure they receive expert advice.
Store Maintenance - Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and service areas. Assist with restocking products and keeping displays visually appealing.
Inventory Support - Assist with checking inventory levels and alerting management when stock is low.

Required Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
Compensation
Wage: $17.40 - $19 per hour, commensurate with experience
