BodyMods is hiring a District Manager
We are looking for a District Manager who shares our passion, vision, and commitment to drive the success of our stores. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple locations, ensuring sales targets are met, while cultivating a positive and engaged team environment. You’ll collaborate with store leadership to train and develop Crew members, guiding them to excel and maintain our high company standards. Regular check-ins with your teams will keep you connected, ensuring everyone feels supported and aligned with the goals. Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Drive districtwide sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
Employee Development: Oversee training programs for new and existing Crew members, ensuring team members have the skills and tools to succeed.
Store Performance Management: Conduct regular store visits to ensure company standards are met in customer service, sales execution, and overall operations.
Team Engagement: Foster a positive work culture by supporting store managers and their teams, promoting collaboration, and addressing employee concerns to improve retention.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure all stores maintain high operational standards, including inventory management, compliance with company policies, and cost control.
Customer Experience: Monitor customer feedback, using tools such as Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to enhance the customer experience across all stores.
Financial Oversight: Manage district financials by monitoring key metrics such as profit margins, shrinkage rates, and return on investment (ROI), ensuring all stores operate within budget.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial and operational reports, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Strategic Planning: Implement district specific strategic initiatives to boost sales, improve operational efficiency, and achieve long-term growth goals.
Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions that drive continuous improvement within the district.

Required Experience
Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a management role within retail or a related field, with a track record of leading teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving performance targets in multiple locations.
Training and Development: Experience in training, mentoring, and developing staff to enhance their skills and improve overall store performance.
Operational Management: Strong background in managing store operations, including inventory control, compliance, and budgeting.
Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively to enhance the customer experience.
Analytical Skills: Experience in analyzing sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision making and strategy development.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and reporting, with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs.
Multi-Location Management: Experience overseeing multiple retail locations, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and corporate leadership.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant Certifications: Additional certifications in retail management, sales, or customer service can be an advantage.
Continuous Education: A commitment to ongoing professional development, including workshops or training related to leadership, retail operations, or industry trends.

Compensation
Salary: $58,000 - $62,500 based on experience
