Are you passionate about data-driven marketing, creative campaign development, and graphic design? BodyMods is looking for a Marketing Specialist who excels at both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing engaging campaigns, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement. You’ll ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and help boost brand awareness and retention. Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Creation & Execution - Design, build, and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with brand strategy and goals.
Graphic Design - Develop visually engaging graphics and marketing materials to support campaigns across digital and print platforms.
Campaign Performance - Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns (ROI, CTR, conversion rate).
Deadline Management - Ensure all campaign elements, including graphics and schedules, meet deadlines.
Budget Tracking - Adhere to marketing budget and track percentage of spending versus plan.
Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on marketing trends, KPIs, and best practices through ongoing learning.
Customer Engagement & Retention - Enhance customer interaction with marketing materials and improve retention rates (engagement rate, social shares, retention rate).
Brand Awareness - Boost brand visibility and measure reach, impressions, and sentiment (NPS).
Website & Content Performance - Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Optimize SEO performance (keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks).
Social Media Management - Grow followers and engagement across platforms. Track performance of paid social campaigns (CTR, ROI).
Email Marketing - Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions from email campaigns.
Paid Advertising - Manage CPC, CTR, and return on ad spend (ROI’S).
Performance Evaluation - Regularly review marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting - Create dashboards and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations based on data.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
Copywriting Skills: Exceptional written skills for crafting compelling copy for posts, ads, and marketing materials.
Analytical Thinking: Skilled in evaluating campaign metrics and identifying actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision in executing and evaluating marketing initiatives.
Required Experience
Two to three years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media roles.
Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Hands on experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Proven track record in managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
Experience in copywriting and creating content for social media, websites, and ads.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics for tracking website performance.
Experience with customer engagement and retention strategies, including loyalty programs or CRM systems.
Education
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Preferred by not required.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Social Media Marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are a plus.
Courses or certifications in copywriting or content creation are highly valued.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $20 - $23/hour, based on experience
