We're looking for a skilled Tattoo Artist to join our crew at the following locations:

We are looking for talented Tattoo Artists who share our passion, vision, and dedication to join our team and contribute to the success of the studio. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional tattoos while helping to foster a welcoming and professional studio environment. You’ll work closely with your team to meet studio goals, build lasting customer relationships, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Regular check-ins and collaborative meetings with leadership will help keep everyone aligned and supported. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide precise, high-quality tattoo work with creativity and originality.
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service, consultations, and aftercare advice.
• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of work on social media (e.g., Instagram).
• Resolve client concerns professionally and meet customer satisfaction metrics.
• Submit artwork and tattoo images to marketing regularly.
• Maintain hygiene standards and adhere to sterilization protocols, always using PPE.
• Stay updated on industry trends via workshops, seminars, and certifications.
• Efficiently manage appointments.
• Contribute to studio revenue by performing tattoos and upselling services/products.
• Engage in sales initiatives and studio events for business growth.

Required Experience

• Proven tattooing experience with a diverse, creative portfolio, (minimum one year experience).
• Strong customer service skills, including consultations and aftercare.
• Knowledge of sterilization, hygiene standards, and PPE use.
• Experience in managing appointments and schedules efficiently.
• Strong social media presence, especially on Instagram to showcase work and engage with clients.
• Bloodborne Pathogens certificate

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21 - $25/hr (based on experience)
• Tips 
• 10% commission on service sales + product incentives
