We are committed to the growth and development of our Crew. We offer comprehensive customer service and product knowledge training, management training, and apprenticeships in both piercing and tattooing. For our dedicated crew members, we also offer access to paid external career development programs, because we believe that when our crew members grow, so do we. By promoting a culture of continuous learning, we aim to increase Crew productivity, satisfaction, and motivation, ensuring that every Crew member has the opportunity to enhance their skills and gain new knowledge.
Communication
We believe that clear and open communication is essential to maintaining a supportive and thriving work environment. Every Crew member participates in a daily and monthly check-in, designed to ensure their overall job satisfaction and well-being. Daily check-ins include such things as goal orientation through positive coaching and mentoring by company Leaders, while monthly check-ins cover key areas such as work/life balance, satisfaction with their schedule, and relationships with fellow Crew members. We also discuss customer interactions, popular products, and professional challenges. Additionally, Crew members are encouraged to share if they feel they need any extra training or support, and whether they feel valued in their role. We also take the opportunity to discuss our company culture, gathering honest feedback on what is working and what can be improved. Lastly, Crew members can bring up any other topics they wish, such as career advancement, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are met.
