Studio Artist - Sarah McMullen
Sarah McMullen has been working at BodyMods Canada since 2008. She spent her career learning everything about body jewellery and how it works with a client’s body. Her interest in the modification industry began at a young age. Her first piercing was a labret piercing at the age of 14 and has been continuied modifying since. In 2019, she decided it was time to take her knowledge of the industry and love of jewellery further. It was time to actually start piercing people. She has moved from managing The Studio’s by BodyMods to a piercing at them. In February 2022 Sarah joined the BodyMods Tradeshow team and has been piercing at many tradeshows, expeditions and summer fairs since. Taboo, FanExpo and Stampede are some of Sarah’s favorite shows to attend with the team. She has a blast meeting so many new faces and build her clientele across Western Canada. Sarah has continued her modification knowledge by attending Association of Professional Piercers (APP) Conference since 2022, attending online coaching with Elayne Angel (author of The Piercing Bible) and continues to make connections in this industry. Outside of the modification world, you’ll find Sarah cooking and baking treats for the people in her life. Some other passions of hers are camping, nature and music.
