Tattoo Artist-Loren

Hi, I’m Loren!

I've wanted to become a tattoo artist ever since I learned it was possible, I was 6 years old.

When I was 21 I started at my first shop as the receptionist. I stayed in that position for one year, and built up my portfolio. Once I had a full book of tattooable designs, my mentor took me on. I learned under Chris Rhyason at the Sterling Skull Studio in Grande Prairie.

Getting to do permanent art for a living was a dream, but I didn't realize how important my clients would become to me.

The people are my favourite part of my job. Without them, I can't be a tattoo artist, and it's such a pleasure to be a part of my clients tattoo journey. Whether it's for a memorial piece or an inside joke, when the tattoo makes them smile, it makes my day.

I've been tattooing for 8 years now, I really enjoy doing black work and line work, but I like to take on every style and not limit myself. I do a lot of black work, because that is what I get asked for, but I love colour too!  I always get asked if there are any tattoos I will not do; I will not do hateful tattoos, and I only tattoo 18+.

I look forward to meeting all of you!
