Poor customer service communication

The jewelry when I finally got it was in good shape and pretty. What I a, disappointed in was the communicationfrom customer service. I reached out twice because I never got a shipping confirmation and it had been a month and I never got a real update from the company. About a month and a bit after I placed the order I finally got the package but the help from the company was very disappointing.
